| To prevent overtightening, if your impact is too powerful, use a torque stick. It's an extension that flexes at a predetermined setting and fools the impact into thinking it's tight. I use the black one (75 ft-lb) then use my torque wrench to set to 80 (Honda S2000). I have a 14.4v DeWalt, works great, forget how much it costs. http://www.torquestick.com/ Dennis Clark |
