The advanced school last year was NOT by invitation only. I suggest not 
assuming it will be this year unless someone who knows steps forward and says 
so. Demonstrated commitment to national level competion WAS a criterion used in 
selecting which applicants got in. 

There was an application form on SFRSCCA.ORG last year and responses went out 
via email.
