I know not everyone is a ba-autox subscriber and my announcement of awards has
missed the attention of a few who are entitled.
Specifically I'm looking for e-Mail addresses for the individuals below:

Look for your name in either the Jacket/Shirt/Bag column or the Shirt/Bag
column of the Awards page and follow the links to the corrsponding order page
where you may make your selection. (If you're a 2004 Champion and have already
selected a Jacket you'll need to choose a Shirt of Bag (only one jacket per
Member))
Once at either the Jacket or Shirt/Bag page more information on any of the
products is available. Simply click the product's picture and you'll be taken
to the supplier's (SanMar's) web site. Once you've reviewed the information on
that product be sure to hit your browser's Back Button to return. If you've
browsed more that the first SanMar page you're taken to you'll need to hit Back
more than once, you'll need to hit it the number of times equal to the pages
you browsed, including the first, to get back to 4D. If you get lost simply
open this mail and click the above URL again. You can repeat the process above
as often as you like reviewing all the products in detail but you must return
to the 4D site, and fill out the corresponding order form to select your award.
Hopefully, you'll find the on-line order form to be a simple way of placing
your. One word of CAUTION though, you'll have to train your fingers to use the
Tab Key or Mouse Pointer to go between the fields as the enter key will send
your selection at any point in the process.
