Just to make sure we are all on the same page here, TECH is open from 8AM and 
closes PROMPTLY at 1pm. Registration closes at 12, which gives you that hour to 
make sure you can get through tech if you're running in the afternoon. The 
SMART thing to do is get there early enough to get through tech and walk the 
course. Try to plan ahead and be prepared. Thanks!
