Hi people,
A Chilean co-worker was telling me that almost all Chilean drivers will
put their hand against their windshield when passing opposing traffic
on dirt/gravel roads in order to prevent a cracked windshield.
I can imagine a hand maybe acting as a bit of a damper, but it doesn't
seem like it would do much good. Is the entire country of Chile
deluded, or are they on to something?
Just amusing myself. Any opinions?
