True Choice Coilovers opinions?

Just like the title says...does anyone have anything
good or bad to say about them?  Specifically the phase
2 setup.  I have an opportunity to get a set Uber
cheap, that are only about a month old and I'm
wondering if it's worth the investment VS just getting
a set of ground control coil over sleeves and springs
for the Koni's I already have.
