Just so people know, the Bilsteins that came with the '94-97 "R"
package Miatas had a special valving. They had about 4 times as much
compression damping as the ones Bilstein sold as OE replacements, or
the ones that are used in the '99-03 suspension package. I could see
that knocking some fillings loose, if not entire teeth!
