Yes. They are individual events.

11-11:30 would be a good idea. I think they close registration at
noon (it's pretty informal). Tech is a once-a-year inspection, done
by Andy McKee or Speedy Knudsen. Give yourself a little extra time at
your first event to find Andy or Speedy and have them tech your car.
3rd run group doesn't start until 1pm, I think.
