Hey everybody,
Don't forget about SFR's Frosh Nite! coming up January
23rd. This is a great way to get involved with SFR
Solo II. You can be an absolute beginner or even have
some autocrosses under your belt. We've got a whole
team of experienced autocrossers, ready to take on the
job of being YOUR coach!
Thursday, the 23rd, 7:30 pm (time not listed on
website) we meet at Rickey's in San Leandro for a
little impromptu session to cover some event operation
basics and some driving skills, things you can
practice on your way home that night without risking
your license.
We'll also get you hooked up with your coach who will
act as your mentor for the next few events, starting
at the Boondoggle by the Bay the following Sunday.
This personalized instruction includes course walks
and passenger opportunities. It's like an autocross
school, but more "hands on." What a great way to start
the year!
