I would like to thank all the people that showed up and participated in
the test and tune this last weekend in Atwater. I would also like to thank
all of you for doing such a fine job keeping the event running smoothly.
Without all of your help there is no way we could have kept the thing
running as well as it ran. Everyone pitched in to shag cones and we
did a very good job of leaving the place as clean as when we arrived.
I would like to especially thank Jim Ochi for bringing out the Motorhome.
He sacrificed a lot of his personal time to get the motorhome to the event
on Friday afternoon so we could set up the course the night before. I would
also like to thank Dave Johnson who also showed up Friday to help Jim and
me set up the course. Thanks also go out to Teresa Nidel and Mary Ankeney
for boxing all those cones on Saturday Morning. I would also like to thank
Guy Ankeney for blowing of the entire course on Saturday morning and Saturday
evening. I also want to thank Ben and everyone else who set up the timers
and PA on Saturday morning. One last thank you. I want to thank all the
people who helped clean up on Sunday after the event. I don't want to
mention any names because I may forget a few but thanks!
