Yes, if you win any trophy, Regular or Slush, Novice or Regular class, you
are ineligible for Novice classes starting with the following year. In
addition, if you compete in 1/3 of the season's events, or are judged to be
ineligible by the Novice Administrator, you get "kicked upstairs."
