You can buy a rule book at Laguna Seca on Sunday. Price used to be $10; with
the high-tech CD now though, it may be more. Ask at registration. We had at
least 10 or 20 left a week ago. 

Of course, there are other ways to show up at check in with a rule book.

Does having just a CD-R count?
