San Francisco Region's next autocross, Round 9, will be held Sunday, April
22, 2001 at Golden Gate Fields' north parking lot.
Enter the site via Gilman. Drive west toward bay, turn right and
head up the hill to the parking lot attendant. Tell him you're with the
"sports cars' and he won't charge you the $2 parking fee. Proceed angled
left to head down the hill to the north lot.
SCCA members only.
We've arranged for a fresh sweeping of the site, the porta potties
are ordered, and the Food Coach knows they're supposed to be there.
While the horse racing season at Golden Gate Fields is over for the
season, they still have off-track betting.
Starting time, as last year, is 10 a.m. until further notice.
SFR's annual autocross school will be held on Saturday, April 28, at GGF.
All info is that it's full.
That will be followed by Round 10 on Sunday, April 29, 2001.
