The other day I went to have the car smog checked at
Tune up and Smog shop. When they opened up the hood
they saw that I have an aftermarker air intake and air
filter. They then refused to perform the test.
Is the norm? Must I re install the factory air intake
and filter?
OR
Does anyone know of a place that will do the work with
the after market air filter?
