Check out H&R street springs or Suspension Technique springs, I've heard a 
lot of good things about those springs. I currently have Eibach springs on my 
E36 325, the stance is nice, but the ride is a little bit harsh and it sits way 
too low for an every day driver that occasionally sees track time. Im about to 
order a set of H&R springs. FYI, I have Bilstein Sport shocks.
