Email webmaster@scca.com if you have input. John is there (scca staff
member) and to my knowledge will be developing the rest of the site and
maintaining it. I could be wrong though.

I won't get started on the process of development of the new site, it may
have been done differently than we would all prefer, but at least something
was finally done. Give it some time, maybe it will speed up, and hopefully
it will end up being far more useful than before.
