When I got my Civic, it had Revolutions with 205/60-13 AVSi's, and spun 
aluminum Taylors with worn out Hoosiers.  I tried shaved (4/32") 215/50-13 
HTR-200s 
on the Taylors and despite the shaving, wider footprint, better gearing and 
light wheels, I was no faster on the Sumis.  Right now, they're "free to good 
home."  Keep looking.  195/60's should only be 0.48" taller than 185/60's.  I'd 
go Azenis...
