Matt Murray: What is OOL doing to "unblacklist" us?
Dennis: I'm checking right now.  I know this issue was posted on
our outage board.
Matt Murray: It has been happening for a few weeks now,
especially since the various virii started circulating.
Dennis: Ok.  It is actually posted on our outage board.
Dennis: Optimum Online is working with AOL to resolve this issue.
Matt Murray: Which is where? Is it an internal site?
Dennis: Yes, the outage board is for internal use only.
Matt Murray: :^)
Dennis: Can I assist with anything else regarding Optimum Online?
Matt Murray: No thank you. Will I be forwarded any info or
updates regarding the blacklisting?
Dennis: Unfortunately, no.
Matt Murray: So I'm left hanging, and my messages to AOL blocked,
correct?
Dennis: It's just a wait and see process.
Dennis: Even we don't know when this will be resolved.
Matt Murray: Since this has been ongoing for a few weeks, no ETA
for you or me is not good.
Matt Murray: Maybe the Dolans can get involved?  :^)
Dennis: I do understand.  However, our engineers are working with
the AOL engineers to resolve this.
Matt Murray: OOL engineers I understand, it's the AOL folks I
worry about.
Matt Murray: Thanks.
Dennis: True.
Matt Murray: If a forward should by mistake heads my way.......
