While I can't speak to the list updates, I can safely say that without
MyAutoEvents.com, there would be no online registration. This site, created
by one of us fellow autocrossers...one that perhaps you know...exists for
this purpose. This is a very usefull site. I was initially annoyed at the
thought of it too, but after doing a little more investigation than
complaining, I learned that this is a pretty damn good deal for everyone.
You should offer the site owner some feedback, through the links he offers,
if you think his site is visually confusing. Maybe he will do something
about it?

As to the entry list updates, the only thing I can possibly think of is that
if your not satisfied with how people are "serving" you, maybe you could
offer to help them out. That's my opinion.

BTW, are your travel plans significantly altered by knowing the run/work
order right now versus a week or two before the event? Again, I'm sure they
would welcome your help if you need to know that information right this instant.

(trying to remember yet another id and password) just to see the list of
entries.

no hotel information (e.g. check the Toledo and Peru events), and NOW we
have to visit another website that is visually confusing just to find OUR
event and entries.

be updated more frequently. Furthermore, since both Toledo and Peru Tours
were at the capacity limit WEEKS before the actual event, the run/work order
should be published at capacity, whenever that is reached and not 5 days
before the event.
