For Immediate Release

Team Underdog has announced they will again throw caution, good taste and
maturity to the wind and the 5th annual TEAM UNDERDOG PETERSBURG PRO-SOLO
COOK-OUT (TUPPSCO) will take place on May 24 as part of the Petersburg
ProSolo Weekend.

TUPPSCO began in 1998 as an attempt to keep within the weekend budget. Team
Underdog camped along the back fence and ate Heyward's Famous "Track-Burgers"
for breakfast, lunch and dinner until the brothers Sawyer finally snapped and
threw the remaining burgers, a bottle of 30 weight, a can of beanie weenies
and 16 ounces of Lowerly's season salt into a large pot calling it Dinwiddie
Stew.

The First "open to the public" Cook-Out was held in 2000, inspired by the
good people at Gulf Coast Autocrosser Ltd. Team Underdog served the very
same "Track-Burgers" and quickly voted to never serve something that takes
that long to cook to that many people again.

SCCA President and CEO, Steve Johnson is believed to know nothing about this
year's event. However, if he did he would likely say something like, "I am
excited to see SCCA members extending the camaraderie of the ProSolo series."
Cliff Rosenberg, an SCCA official and founding member of Team Underdog, is
aware of the event and, as a matter of fact, is excited to extend the
camaraderie of the ProSolo series adding, "WHOOOOOOOOO! Free Beer!!!!"

While TUPPSCO continues to be an unofficial event the follow details have
been leaked. This years menu is unofficially Chili Dogs "complete with all
the fixin's." There are many rumors of free beer, though at this time these
rumors are unofficial despite Cliff's comments. Continuing last years
tradition there will be Underdog Games at this years Cook-Out. While the
details are still sketchy a high-ranking underdog official alluded to the
return of the "Adult Themed Joke Contest" as well as the "Best Hawaiian Shirt
Contest" and the "Best Beer Koozie Contest." The only confirmed information
is that Team Underdog will again be awarding the "Underdog Spirit Award" as
well as the new "Underdog Lifetime Achievement Award."

This year's Cook-Out is once again a free event to just about anyone who
walks up. However Team Overdog members will be expected to pay a $20 cover
charge since, as their name implies, they clearly have the money to burn.
Donations will be collected to cover the cost of the food and beverage. Any
collected funds over the cost of the Cook-Out will go to the Underdog
Foundation Charity fund.

There will be an 8-drink minimum for all STS drivers.

Those Planning to attend this years Cook-Out are strongly encouraged to wear
their favorite Hawaiian shirt and bring the best truck stop koozie they can
find.

Team Underdog is a No-Profit organization dedicated to converting meager
income into corded tires and empty beer cans in as short a period of time as
possible.

The Team Underdog Foundation is a charity group focused on providing top
preparation level autocross cars to underprivileged 32-16 year olds in the
Southeastern United States.
