We're about to have the first event of MiDiv's Solo II Championship Series
this weekend. Someone posted the tech sheet just to give us all a heads-up,
and someone else inquired what was meant by "excessive fluid leaks."

So I attempted a comprehensive answer:

German cars - none (built to rigid tolerances)
Italian cars - none (typically run 2 quarts low)
Swedish cars - a leak would be unthinkable (too easy to see on snow)
French cars - as much as they want, it's only American pavement
Japanese cars - maybe a drop or two, just to mark its territory
American cars - varies depending on age and number of chrome goodies on the
engine.
British cars - not excessive as long as the puddle is completely underneath
the car.

(with a veddy British Spitfire, of course).
