Oh man. I can see the stampede out the front gate now. Everybody checks in
and gets a "grid time", then leaves the grid and out the front gate. We now
have what, fourty something Z06's blasting around the nearby roads trying to
warm their tires? Then the rush to get back to grid at the last possible
minute before time expires? I don't think this is an improvement.
