and the competitors would be responsible.  And not all cars would need an
alignment.  Just most. :)
Or in other terms.... the same person who pays to put his motor back together
after the Runoffs.

  I'm afraid the only way we are going to get data is to have everyone at
  National's bring a stock shock, and then impound the trophy winners and have
  them remove one front and one rear and compare.
  Simple in idea, way complicated in actually making it happen.  I know
  Honda's can get there's off pretty quick.  I can have mine off the
  2000+Celica in about 5 minutes.  Another 10 to get the spring off with a
  compressor and my BIG wrench.
  Not sure how long it takes to get one off a Z06 or a Boxster...
