I use one on my stock height S2000 - the only part that's too high is the
knurled knob that is used to secure the pole. I need to replace that with
one that takes an Allen wrench and it'll go under fine. I get around it now
by driving up on a couple of 2"x6" planks.

The Griot jack is low enough to fit under my lowered 911 when the slicks
are on. . . Not under the front spoiler but it still gets in there
pretty well.

Damn expensive, but I bought it off Ebay. :)

Yes but the jack at Griots is not low profile and so would not fit far
enough under the front end to reach the cross member used to jack up my
Miata. If you are going to jack a car up from the side, any old jack
will do.

I guess I'll be using my cheapo Autozone jack for a few more years...<G>
