Kumho Tire Pressures for Saturn in ES

Phil Ethier suggested I reesubmit my question as follows:

I have a stock Saturn SC2 running in ES, with Kuhmo V700
225-50x15 tires.

What are the recommended tire pressures for (a) dry tracks,
(b) wet tracks and (c) cold dry tracks?
