Number of shock adjustments in Stock Class?

I'm new to the list, so if this has been discussed, could someone please
fill me in?  My 2001 Solo rulebook has a section in the Stock Suspension
rules that's in italics, that says shocks can have a maximum of two
external damping adjustments.

Does that mean yellow koni and KYB AGX are not legal in Stock Solo II?
Did I read that incorrectly?  Help?
