It is my understanding that they MTA (Metropolitan Topeka Airport) is
planning to replace all the 'snakes' in the seams of the concrete with a new
polymer trisulfate carbon resin. The new stuff is supposed to hold up
better to ground pounding, buzzing bees, phantoms and bouncing shifter
sleds.
