What's legal when getting a valve job & milled head?

I have a '99 Miata that looks like it needs new valve seals.  I'd like to
know what's legal as far as getting a valve job and milling the head at the
same time.

Anyone know what the specs are for a '99 Miata, i.e. max. allowable for
milling the head (I know the default for milling is 0.010" if nothing is
specified in the shop manual [14.10.S]) and what is allowed to be done to
valves to bring it back to spec?  I have the shop manual, but can't find
this info.
