Thanks for the replies. I have my answer now. By the way, I incorrectly called 
them
shock "mount" bushing when they are just shock bushings. As stated in 13.5.c:

C.The use of any shock absorber bushing material, including metal, is permitted.
    This does not permit the use of an offset shock absorber bushing.
