The KC region does or more appropriately doesn't disallow them.  We prefer
they not be bright red of course.  ;^)  I can tell you that as a course
worker however that they're incredibly obtrusive to keeping a vigilant eye
on the fast movers.

Why?  Does your region disallow them?  And what's the reasoning?
