(at the very least, I think Ladies classes should be held to participation
standards as are currently applied to combined classes today.  I think all
but one or two ladies classes at nats last year had <10 competitors,
right?  How many had less than 5?  Perhaps a couple combined classes like
Pro's use is a good solution to keep participation up.)
