Once again I come into possession of one of those SCCA National Solo Buddy
Certificates, redeemable in the amount of $25 "to be used towards any
National Tour event."

(Not good for Pro Solo or the Solo II Nationals).

I don't do Tours -- none remotely handy to me -- so I offer this $25 bill to
anyone who can use it, for $10.
