That's what you get for drinking Bob Dole's "little blue friend"!!!

I think he would be a better sponsor for Dole bananas, but that's beside the
point.

On a serious note, assuming your pancreas is working correctly, the sugar
jolt from a Coke or Pepsi shouldn't affect you too much.  However, I don't
know how the caffeine from a soft drink would affect you.  Drinking
something like coffee might have a greater effect from the caffeine
standpoint and cause you to be slightly not as smooth behind the wheel.

When it all comes down to the wire, I think the adrenal glands are the
biggest chemical factor in driving performance.  Good eyesight is probably
the biggest physical factor.  "What cone, I didn't see a cone..."

Also, for my driving, I have to be wearing my worn out Reebok shoes... any
others that I'm not used to, I can't get clutch feathering right and
heel-toeing is harder.
