Mistake.  With a rating of 50, it clearly falls well below the 140 tread
wear rating rule.  It's ineligible as a STS tire.

I noticed that the toyo proxes RA-1 is not on the exclusion list... although
it doesnt have the ultimate grip that hoosiers and bfg r1's have, was this a
