Good point.  It's usually better to let someone else spend all the time and
money on a good restoration.  I have a friend who likes old British cars,
and I keep telling him this.  Instead of buying a rough car for $3K and then
putting $15K into a restoration, just buy a perfectly restored one for $10K.
