I'd be awful tempted to call the area service manager / rep / "whatever
the hell it is that Karen Rafferty does for Chevy" and tell what's been
going on and that you'd either like to get the car fixed for real or
you'll have to consider a lemon law case.
With a fairly brief read over your list of fixes, it strikes me that
something is wrong (duh!) and the computer is recognizing symptoms of the
problem rather than the problem itself.
