Tee Time

In order to get a proper tee time, I need to know what time the course is 
officially open for walking. :^)

The packet I just received today, said 8:00 AM Monday, September 11th. 
However, I think the web site or some other form of communication said 2:00 
PM Monday, September 11th. Does any sort of official on the list have the 
correct time that the course will be available for walking? Either KBs?
