Yokohama slicks

Hey, Gang!

Does anybody have a lead on who sells Yokohama slicks? I saw a set on
a DM Spitfire at the Mineral Wells Divisional a couple of weeks ago
and was really impressed by them. They had several events on them but
still had plenty of rubber left and they were much stickier than my
Goodyears.

Does anybody have any experience with Yoko slicks? I'd like to
compare them to Hoosiers in terms of cost vs performance vs wear.

For that matter, does anybody have any other suggestions?
Bridgestone, perhaps?

For reference purposes, I've been running 20x6.5-13 John Bergett
castoff Goodyear slicks on my 1500 lb Mini for the past umpteen
years. Hoosier Tom's been on my case to run cantilevers but I can't
do that right now because I don't have enough clearance. To get the
needed clearance for cantilevers, I would have to go to Timken
bearings and a radical wheel backspacing. And I'm just not ready to
do that.

Your input would be greatly appreciated

John (Old Fartz & TLS #37) Lieberman
