Nationals results archives

Wouldn't it be nice if a short description of conditions
was provided before every class results listing in the
Official Results booket?  I was looking at the '99 
Nationals  A Prepared results and comparing times 
with other classes.  Including something like:  "dry 
conditions both days" or "drying conditions with 
final run mostly dry on day one,  snow  squalls and 
icy conditions on day two"  :-) would be extremely 
helpful, especially as memories fade.
