Kumho's and Divisionals

Anyone know if there are contingencies available from Kumho at the
Divisionals?  More specifically in the STR class?  Having never been to one,
I don't know and I couldn't locate the FastTrack with the info.  If they
are, where can I get the necessary decals by this weekend?
