RE: Change of Tech Inspection

Personally, I like the tech inspections.  As a newbie, it gives me some
comfort that an experienced person is tugging on my tires and peeking under
the hood.  They've never found a problem, nor are they likely to.  However,
it's good for my peace of mind.  It also gives me the opportunity to "glean
a little wisdom" before the event starts.
