No:
a) you need a shock dyno to calibrate them.
b) Koni only distributes the necessary parts to a very few select authorized 
rebuilders.  The three main double-tube rebuilders are: Koni NA, Truechoice, 
& ProParts.
c) you don't have a clue about the parts, their function, & the effects of 
changes.

No, different weight fluids are not an option with these type of shocks.  
Revalving is required.  I've been told that the Koni calibration is so 
sensitive that unscrewing the top seal cap will throw it off.  Don't be an 
attorney with a fool for a client, use a qualified Koni rebuild center.
