I use Carbotech greens on both the front and back on my 94 Probe GT. It
could be just mental but the car rotated much better under trail
braking. Your Integra has similiar handling to my car so I think the
better bite in the rear will be like dialing in a little rear brake
bias.  Hope this helps.
