That is just one reason they are not a competitive autox tire.   You don't even
see the RA-1 on the track when you have a class that can choose the most
competitive tire.  Not a lot of Toyo's at the Valvoline Runoffs.

andrew, isn't it true The Ra-1's just need more heat to get real sticky that
is why they are fine on the track but only so so on the autox course?
