There's a newsgroup, rec.autos.rotary, but it tends to be fairly lame.
The mailing list is really good, if somewhat biased toward discussions of
third gens. You can find out more by sending a message with "info rx7" in
the body to majordomo@world.std.com.
Felix's faq points to some good Mazda performance specialists. I
particularly like http://www.mazdatrix.com .
There's really quite a lot of RX-7 info on the web, those should get you
started.
