Hey....I have the same problem. I'm buying a used basketball over the net,
and I have no way to go check it out. It's in Florida and I live in Iowa.
Hell, it could be flat for all I know. Has anyone seen any used basketballs
in Florida that look suspect? Should I move on this deal or not? Has anyone
seen the movie 'white men can't jump'? What the hell was that all about?
Any help that you Florida (or Alabama or Georgia if you don't mind traveling)
residents can lend me would be much appreciated. I don't want to make a
purchase based solely on impulse.

I may be buying a used bicycle over the Internet from a private party. It
is located in Pleasanton, CA. (Which I believe is in the "Bay Area")
Is there anyone who wants to drive over and look at the bike for me? I'd
prefer a bike nut who can tell if it is undamaged, but any old nut should
do, just tell me if it is wrecked or not I guess...
