cold!! at south bend sunday

It was so cold at southbend autox,  that a FS car  got a cone and
shattered it.  BUT
the base stayed  in the box without moving or tipping over, about 1/3 of
the cone left the box??
Now how would we call that one??   Should we only call it out of the box
if 1/2 the
cone leaves?   I can,nt wait until i can leave my winter gloves at home!
