New car classifications

Stopped home for lunch and the new Sportscar was there.  A quick browse
through Fastrack showed the 99 Civic SI is classed in ES, the 99+ Cobra
Mustang in FS and ESP on a separate line.  No IRS update/backdate.  The
way I read it they were classed there imediately.  The SCAC is still
looking for input on the Type R to DS, Miata 1.6 to CS, BMW 3 series to
DS or GS and all the DS/ES/HS reclass options for 1/1/2000.  Write those
letters.
