SE-R ST status

Can anyone clarify the status of the Nissan SE-R/NX 2000 in the revised
Street Touring class? My new rule book identifies the Sentra as a candidate
for ST, but says "(excludes SE-R and NX2000)" next to the Sentra entry.
Later in the ST rules, it says that factory viscous-type LSDs are allowed.
What gives?
