That's what it looks like to me, unless The Fuel Cut is activated by
something other than boost (eg airflow meter signals). I do wonder if the
blow off valve restriction covers update /backdate of that piece (as in the
DSM cars) - will the bov have to match the turbo configuration it was
originally designed for (ie. early bov with early turbo's only)
